Gary Harlin has been with the University of Texas at Arlington, Cross Timbers Procurement Center for ten years, providing counseling and training to small business owners.
Mr. Harlin also worked with the Electronic Commerce Resource Center (ECRC) Program from March of 1998 until September 2001. He worked with both the Palestine and San Antonio ECRCs, and specialized in assistance to contractors who required assistance with Electronic Commerce (EC) issues related to government contracting. His professional career began with the Defense Logistics Agency in 1972, until his retirement in 1996 from the Department of Justice. During his tenure with the Federal Government, he served in a wide range of capacities which included staff auditor, chief of the technical support operations, and Accounting and Finance Officer.
Mr. Harlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Accounting, from Oklahoma City University.
